About The Team
You’ll be part of our Store Team, under the Downstream team within Operations. You’ll report to the Store Supervisor in Tangerang, who works with our Store Leader based in Bandung.
We currently have 4 stores across Indonesia, Tangerang, two in Bandung, and one in Malang. Our store teams share a love for fashion, good energy, and meeting new people.
About The Role
As a Shop Assistant, you’ll be one of the faces of Insurgent Club and one of the people shaping how customers experience our brand in-store.
You’ll keep the store running smoothly, help customers find what they’re looking for, and make sure they leave with a product they actually want. You’ll also work with the team to hit monthly sales targets and stay on top of what’s happening on the floor, from fast-moving products to slow movers and deadstock.
What You'll Do
- Customer Experience: Welcome customers, understand what they need, and provide helpful product and styling recommendations.
- Sales: Handle transactions accurately and work with the team to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Store Operations: Keep the store clean, organized, well-stocked, and ready for customers.

As Ads Specialist, you’ll be responsible for planning, running, and optimizing Insurgent Club’s paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok, and Google.
You’ll turn campaign goals into advertising strategies, keep a close eye on performance, and figure out what’s working, what isn’t, and what we should try next.
This isn’t just about pushing buttons in Ads Manager. We want someone who can think, test, learn, and make the numbers move.
What You'll Do
- Campaign Management: Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, and other relevant platforms.
- Performance & Analytics: Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and turn numbers into actionable insights.
- Strategy & Testing: Research audiences, trends, and competitors; develop and test new approaches to improve performance.
- Creative Collaboration: Work with the creative team to develop ad concepts, copy, and materials that fit both the audience and the brand.
- Reporting & Optimization: Track spending, results, and impact; identify opportunities and continuously improve campaign performance.

Our Sales team is responsible for turning demand into healthy commercial results across marketplaces, website, offline retail, CRM, B2B, and commercial advertising.
We work closely with Merchandising, Product, Marketing, PPIC, Finance, and Operations to understand what is happening in the business, why it is happening, and what we should do next.
About The Role
As Sales Lead, you’ll own the commercial performance and improvement of our sales function. This isn’t a role where you spend your day checking individual uploads, vouchers, or store tasks. You’ll be responsible for looking at the bigger picture, understanding what happened, why it happened, and what we should do next.
You’ll turn sales data, customer behavior, channel performance, promotions, advertising, and inventory signals into clear priorities and actions that drive sustainable growth.
What You'll Do
- Own and analyze sales performance across channels, breaking down targets and variances by channel, product, customer, traffic, conversion, AOV, and other commercial drivers.
- Develop channel and product strategies, including commercial priorities, promotions, CRM initiatives, and advertising direction.
- Identify performance gaps, customer objections, lost-sales opportunities, and inventory constraints, then turn them into evidence-based actions.
- Lead weekly sales performance reviews and monthly commercial reviews, turning insights into clear recommendations, priorities, and next actions.

You'll be part of our Operations team, working closely with Upstream and Midstream, the people who make sure Insurgent shows up right on every marketplace and every live session. This role sits at the intersection of both, keeping campaigns running and live commerce organized behind the scenes.
About The Role
This is a hands-on, detail-heavy role. You'll set up flash sales and vouchers, make sure our TikTok and Shopee showcases are ready for streaming, and keep every payment, revenue figure, and performance number accounted for once the dust settles.

What You'll Do
- Set up campaigns, flash sales, and vouchers across TikTok Shop and Shopee.
- Prepare product showcases (etalase) and manage live streaming schedules across TikTok and Shopee.
- Reconcile and record payments and revenue from TikTok Live and Shopee Live.
- Compile daily flash sale and live commerce performance reports.
- Track and report marketplace and live commerce revenue and performance.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum D3 in any major; business, marketing, or management background is a plus.
- At least 1 year of experience in marketplace operations, live commerce, or e-commerce administration.
- Experienced with Seller Center, particularly campaign, voucher, and flash sale setup on Shopee and TikTok Shop.

You'll be part of our Sales Team, working closely with the Sales Lead and coordinating with Product and Finance to keep every wholesale deal moving smoothly, from first conversation to repeat order.
We're not just selling t-shirts in bulk. We're building relationships with partners who believes in Insurgent Club.
About The Role
As a B2B Wholesale Specialist, you'll be the one bringing Insurgent Club into new doors, resellers, corporate merch partners, distributors, and anyone who wants to buy in volume.
You'll own relationships from pitch to close, while making sure every partner has a reason to come back. This role is equal parts hunter and relationship-builder. You need to open doors, but you also need to keep them open.
What You'll Do
- Identify and approach potential wholesale partners, resellers, and corporate clients.
- Pitch Insurgent Club, negotiate pricing and terms, and close deals within company guidelines.
- Manage existing accounts and develop relationships that drive repeat business.
- Coordinate with Product and Warehouse to ensure bulk orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
- Track the sales pipeline, closed deals, and partner performance, and share insights with the Sales Lead.
