You’ll be part of our Store Team, under the Downstream team within Operations. You’ll report to the Store Supervisor in Tangerang, who works with our Store Leader based in Bandung.

We currently have 4 stores across Indonesia, Tangerang, two in Bandung, and one in Malang. Our store teams share a love for fashion, good energy, and meeting new people.

As a Shop Assistant, you’ll be one of the faces of Insurgent Club and one of the people shaping how customers experience our brand in-store.

You’ll keep the store running smoothly, help customers find what they’re looking for, and make sure they leave with a product they actually want. You’ll also work with the team to hit monthly sales targets and stay on top of what’s happening on the floor, from fast-moving products to slow movers and deadstock.

• Customer Experience: Welcome customers, understand what they need, and provide helpful product and styling recommendations.
• Sales: Handle transactions accurately and work with the team to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Store Operations: Keep the store clean, organized, well-stocked, and ready for customers.
• Inventory: Manage stock opname, stock movement, receiving, and keep track of fast-moving, slow-moving, and deadstock items.
• Team & Problem Solving: Support daily operations, handle customer concerns professionally, and work closely with the store team.

• Good communication and comfortable interacting with different kinds of people.
• Strong ownership: you see something that needs to be done, you handle it.
• Organized & reliable: especially with products, inventory, and transactions.
• Team player who can also work independently and stay calm when things get busy.
• Good attitude & initiative: willing to learn, take responsibility, and get things done. Interest in streetwear, fashion, music, or culture is a plus.

You’ll be part of our Marketing Team, reporting to the branding and marketing manager, working closely with the creative and commercial teams to turn ideas, products, and campaigns into something people actually see and hopefully, want.

As Ads Specialist, you’ll be responsible for planning, running, and optimizing Insurgent Club’s paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok, and Google.

You’ll turn campaign goals into advertising strategies, keep a close eye on performance, and figure out what’s working, what isn’t, and what we should try next.

This isn’t just about pushing buttons in Ads Manager. We want someone who can think, test, learn, and make the numbers move.

• Campaign Management: Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, and other relevant platforms.
• Performance & Analytics: Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and turn numbers into actionable insights.
• Strategy & Testing: Research audiences, trends, and competitors; develop and test new approaches to improve performance.
• Creative Collaboration: Work with the creative team to develop ad concepts, copy, and materials that fit both the audience and the brand.
• Reporting & Optimization: Track spending, results, and impact; identify opportunities and continuously improve campaign performance.

• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, paid advertising, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and analytics tools.
• Analytical and commercially minded: comfortable working with numbers and understanding what they mean.
• Creative and curious: willing to test ideas, challenge assumptions, and figure out what works.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and sense of ownership. You don’t just report the problem; you help solve it.
