Heavyweight Cotton fabric has unique and distinctive characteristics. Even though it has a rough texture, this fabric has very good absorbency and is also one of the fabrics with very high fabric resistance. Therefore, the fabric will be stronger and not easily damaged.
What makes it different is that this fabric has a grammage weight of 230 gsm (grams square per meter) for dark colors, and 220 gsm for light colors, and uses 16s thread size.
This thickness gives this material a longer lifespan, and the colors of this Heavyweight Cotton are fade-resistant. Even after repeated washing, this 100% Heavyweight Cotton will not fade or bleed quickly, provided you pay attention to several aspects, such as washing method and, of course, following the recommended washing instructions.
For the best quality, we use Plastisol ink for screen printing details. This ink is the best choice because it offers the best screen printing color quality, making colors appear bright and not dull.
