Materials: Heavyweight cotton 340 gsm. Any hoodie with a gsm around 330 to 370+ is generally considered a heavyweight hoodie. As you can imagine, these are much thicker garments than lightweight hoodies and offer better heat retention and a more comfortable overall fit. Because the material is much thicker, rougher in texture, and has a rougher handfeel, than other hoodies, you'll usually find that they last longer and continue to retain their color after multiple washes.

Plastisol screen printing is a type of screen printing made from textile ink with an oil base, more precisely called poly vinyl chloride resin or PVC and plasticizer.

Excess:

The screen printing offers the best quality, with vibrant colors that don't fade. The print stays on the fabric for a long time, firmly adhering to the t-shirt. This printing technology is the current global standard for screen printing.

Lack:

Screen printing is expensive because the ink is made from a rare synthetic oil. It can't be ironed; ironing it on will cause the print to fade more quickly. It's rare to find screen printing using it in garment factories, as it's exclusive to the industry.
