THE IDEALIST: FINALE

A final chapter left wide open.

Being an idealist sounds simple until reality gets in the way.

There are expectations to meet, compromises to make, and moments when what we believe in feels harder to hold on to. Sometimes, idealism is not about statement or changing everything at once. It is about knowing what matters to you, choosing what to stand for, and finding your own way to keep going.

That is where The Idealist: Finale begins.

As the closing chapter of Insurgent Club The Idealist collection, these pieces continues to explore the relationship between expression and the reality we live in. More than a daily wear, the goods are become another way to communicate what we think, feel, and believe, especially when words are not enough.

This collection features a variety of everyday pieces, from tops and outerwear to pants and accessories. Each piece embodies the idea that the way we express ourselves doesn’t have to conform to a specific perspective, but rather should reflect what we believe in and take many forms.

For this final chapter, the collection’s launch will also feature an exhibition at Fragment Project in Bandung, showcasing works by Irvine Jasta, Ibnu Herlambang, and Dennis Arthur along with the figures who had already appeared: Trio Muharam, Muhammad Erwin Ramadhan (“Merxdar”), Shidqi Haidar (“Holiday/Ceramic”), and Yusup Faizal Gantama (“Vespuci”/“Fabrica”). Through their respective works, the exhibition expands the meaning of being an idealist.

The Idealist: Finale is the closing chapter, but not the end of the idea itself. Reality will keep changing, expectations will keep coming, and not everything will go as planned. However, there will always be something worth standing for.
